Our priority at Cocochoco Australia is do the best we can to deliver our products to you. We want to make sure they arrive in reasonable time frame.  There is already a big COVID-19 impact on receiving our stock, as planes get delayed and sea freight is super slow. Everything travels around the world before it arrives in Australia. But we are all in this together and we will always find a way to make it work.

 

All the deliveries Australia wide are impacted too, will take some time until this is over. We are sending Australia Post  and other courier services too and we are carefully selecting how we send it so that you receive the order in reasonable time frame. If you need products and you want them quickly, it’s best to give us a call to make sure we have it in stock and we can send it same day or next morning, even with Express Post. Don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns you might have.
