For all other states, orders will incur a postage and handling fee of:
- $9.95 per consignment for regular delivery (allow up to 7 business days from date of dispatch)
- $19.95 per consignment for express delivery (1 to 3 business days)

Products on Backorder just means that they are on the way to our warehouse and once arrives, will be shipped immediately. If you want to talk to us about any of the products on backorder, please feel free to do so.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Cocochoco Australia has no control over and makes no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods.
Incorrect Goods Supplied to You
We make every effort to supply you with the products you have ordered; however if you receive goods which you believe you have not ordered please call our customer service or email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving those goods.
Currently we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Please choose carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.
You’re entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:
- The product is faulty;
- The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
